Bass & crappie fishing on Lake Fork is still good as we go into December. If you are looking for the gift for that person that fishes try a gift certificate for Christmas. We will leave the date of the trip open till after Christmas. If you need details on how to handle this email doug@lakeforktrophybass.com and we will get it going. A bass & crappie fishing trip makes a great gift. I can also do a white bass trip if that is where your interest is.

I am now booking spring trips so its time to get your trip set up while good dates are available. If you are looking for dates for the fall or spring text me or call me at 940-902-3855. I will help you set you your trip. I now have a 22 foot bay boat so I can take 5 adults out for crappie or white bass or even catfish trips. So if you have a bigger group let me know and we will set it up. Crappie have been biting in deeper water. On my last trip we caught them in 26 32 feet on minnows. Some were in the brush and some were on the flats. Jig bite was slow.

Look for the schools of bait fish (and they are thick) and than look for the crappie around them or below them. Bass bite has been good with chrome rattle traps. The lake is 3 inches above normal and the flood gates are open. I expect the lake to be back to normal at the end of the week. So lets get your bass & crappie fishing trip on the books and have a great time on the water either in my Legend or bay boat. The weather is suppose to be sunny and warm the next 7 days so lets get our on the water and have some fun.
