Lake Fork crappie fishing is good all year on Lake Fork. This kind of fishing trip is one that you can bring the family to the lake and I can teach them to fish if they do not know how. I know you have many Lake Fork crappie fishing guides to choose from. I have been guiding on Lake Fork for 18 years and have many brush piles in the lake, and we will not just sit under the bridges. So come get in my 22 ft bay boat and go crappie fishing. I furnish all the tackle and baits we will be using on our trip. Come join in the fun of catching a mess of crappie and have fun doing so. Text me for open dates 940-902-3855.

Policies

When using Doug’s Lake Fork fishing guide service, it is encouraged to catch and release on Lake Fork bass fishing trips—we use artificial lures only. Your big bass can be measured and photographed. Lake Fork bass fishing regulations on large-mouth bass is a 16″ to 24″ slot length limit. Bass within those lengths must be released. The daily limit is 5 bass, only one of which can be over 24″. Crappie and sand bass limit is 25 per day per person, and must be 10″ or longer to keep. During the months of December through February, you must keep the first 25 crappie you catch.

Things to bring on your Lake Fork Guided fishing trip:

-Appropriate Seasonal Clothing and a rain suit, just in case.
-Favorite snack and /or soft drink
-Sunglasses
-Sun Screen
-Camera, I will also take pictures of your Lake Fork bass fishing adventure and e-mail/text them to you
-My Legend is equipped with an ice chest and I provide the ice and bottled water to drink.
-Lake Fork has several places to eat lunch, and some clients choose to take a break. Others prefer to bring a sack lunch and eat on the lake during their Lake Fork fishing trip. Either is fine with me—just make sure you have a great time fishing on Lake Fork!
