Fall bass fishing with DSP Guide Service

November is a great time to do some bass fishing on Lake Fork. Conditions are great as the lake is full and bass are moving shallow to feed before it gets cold. If you are going to do some bass fishing, there are several ways you can catch them right now. I am starting early with a spook in shallow water next to deep. Bass are moving into the shallows to feed on shad early. After sun up I am changing baits to a chrome rattle trap in the same areas.

I am also using baby brush hogs on a Texas rig later in the day fishing edges for creek channels. As the water cools off, the white buzz bait bite will get good in the old lily pad fields. So give bass fishing a try this month and next to catch good numbers. As you come into the bigger necks like Bell creek, you can see schools of shad moving just below the surface and you can find bass just below them feeding. The crappie bite is also going very good. Minnows is still the best bite but you can still catch a few on jigs. I am catching crappie in 20-26 feet of water, and now a few big sand bass are also showing up in the brush piles. So you can take home a mess of fish to eat.

I furnish everything for your trip, and if we are crappie fishing I will clean your crappie for your. We are getting close to the holiday season and if you want to get your loved one a fishing trip for Christmas, I will send you a gift certificate for a trip on Lake Fork with the date of the trip TBD till after Christmas. So if your love is bass fishing, crappie fishing, or just getting out on the lake and catching fish, now is the time to be doing just that. Bass fishing or any of the fishing I am doing right now is very good so come check it out. You will have a great day on the water.
