Lake Fork bass fishing reports are coming at an increased rate as we get into the time the Lake Fork bass fishing is picking up. I found 60 -65 degree water today and the bass are there also. So if you have not booked your Lake Fork bass fishing trip yet, might want to do so as it is getting ready to be ON!! Today I caught bass on several baits. A green pumpkin texas rigger baby brush hog with the tail dipped in chartreuse, black/blue jig with a #11 black pork trailer, a white/chartreuse chatter bait is what I caught bass on most of the day. The bite was better after noon as the water continued to warm up. I think one key was each place I caught fish there was a creek channel near by. I caught unders, and nice slot fish and one over. The black/blue jig caught the over. All bass were in 8 foot of water or less. I see a couple of nights next week with the lows in the 30’s but warming up next weekend. Speaking of that, I will be in OK City at the Backwoods Fishing Expo booking trips, so if you are in the area, lets set up your Lake Fork bass fishing trip. I furnish everything for your trip just come get in the boat and go fishing. If you are thinking crappie fishing, I start guiding for crappie in May and have been booking crappie trips also. I have a 22 foot bay boat which I use for the crappie, sand bass and catfish trips. So we can take the whole family fishing and I clean your catch!! I still have a few dates open in March, April and May and June is starting to book up with the crappie trips. I have a lot of brush piles I put out for crappie fishing and we catch a lot of crappie out of the brush piles. So come join me on a Lake Fork bass fishing trip or crappie trip and you will be glad you did!!
