Lake Fork bass fishing has been up and down this past week. A couple cold fronts cooled off the 63 degree water to 58 and the bite got real tough for a couple of days. That is what happens in March and it will be up and down for a couple more weeks. When I stated Lake Fork bass fishing this morning it was 22 degrees. Very frosty!! And that made the bass hard to come by today. But south winds tomorrow will improve the bite as we go into the weekend and next week. So this past week I found bass in the 2-5 foot range and caught them on several different baits. Split shot black finesse worm and green pumpkin senko with the tail dipped in chartreuse die with no weight has been working the best. The black/blue jig and black/blue lizard has also caught a few bass. And there must be some kind of vegetation to hold the bass. I cannot find any bass on bare banks. So if you know where the grass is, you will success Lake Fork bass fishing right now. When I came off the water today I had found 62 degree water and that should get better as we go into next week. All the major creeks are very stained due to the past hail and rain storms to hit the area s few days ago. If you want to have some good Lake Fork bass fishing, contact me at 940-902-3855 for my open dates for March, April and May to book your fishing trip. I furnish everything for your trip so just come and go fishing. Crappie are showing up in the 10 foot range around the docks in Burch, Running and Coffee Creeks. So it wont be too long before we have the crappie start to spawn in the north end of the lake. I think another couple of weeks. Sand bass should be doing the same for their spawn. Will have another Lake Fork bass fishing report next week so check out my site for the latest information on the lake. #lakeforkbassfishingguides #lakeforkguides #lakeforkguides #lakeforkbassfishing #lakeforkfishingreports #lakeforkcrappieguides #lakeforktrophybass
