June crappie and sand bass fishing on Lake Fork

A great time for crappie and sand bass fishing on Lake Fork right now. Most any one can catch fish and take home a mess to eat. I furnish everything for your trip just come get in the boat and go fishing. I have a 22 foot bay boat for the bigger group trips. The crappie are moving back to the brush piles and we are parking over the brush and fishing straight down. This is a good time to teach the kids to fish and they will have a great time. I am using minnows and jigs to catch a good mess of fish to take home. I am finding crappie at the 20-24 foot range right now and as it gets warmer like in July they will move a little deeper. Sand bass are now biting on crank baits, rattle traps, spoons and swim baits. You will find them on main lake points, main lake humps and windy points. Use the crank baits and rattle traps on the windy points. You can even catch a few on a top water bait.
